About Me

Brianna Becherer (she/her) is a registered dietitian licensed in Illinois and Missouri.

She earned her certified personal trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Missouri State University and completed her Dietetic Internship along with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Physical Performance at Saint Louis University.

Brianna started her career as a dietitian and personal trainer at a community center before moving on to work in an eating disorder treatment center at the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. She is now focusing on outpatient care and is working towards becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).

Brianna’s interest in nutrition comes from her personal experience with type 1 diabetes. She’s passionate about helping clients find peace with food and their bodies. Her mission is to connect with each individual right where they are, using a personalized, body-neutral, and non-diet approach to tackle diet culture myths and boost body image. In her spare time, Brianna loves being outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with her cat, Teco!

For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.

Note: In order to secure a spot on a dietitian’s schedule, we need a valid payment method on file.
