Do I need to get an appointment with a dietitian for a meal plan?

We make it easy and don’t require an appointment with a dietitian in order to get a meal plan. Many of the meal plans are ready-to-go, depending on your unique needs, whether you have a chronic condition, or if you simply want to eat healthier and don’t know where to begin.

Insurance does not cover the time it takes your dietitian to customize your personalized meal plan, however, you could book a 1:1 session with one of our dietitians to further discuss your goals. Pending your nutrition counseling benefits and plan details, insurance often covers 95% of our patient sessions.

Select your meal plan. You will receive your nutrition assessment form, and your dietitian will begin crafting your personalized meal plan. You can expect for your plan to be delivered to your inbox within 4 business days.

Yes! Your meal plan is fully customized to you! In our assessment form, we gather specifics and preferences so your meal plan can work just for you, or we can make it work for your whole family, allergies included.
