About Me

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Fontbonne University. She has worked in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and in the field of eating disorders, giving her a broad and compassionate perspective on how nutrition fits into everyday life.
Outside of her work with clients, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, exploring new restaurants, reading, and experimenting with new recipes. She also values staying active through weightlifting and dancing.

Taylor helps clients build a healthy relationship with food that is free from restrictive rules and grounded in flexibility and trust. She does not label foods as “good” or “bad,” but instead supports individuals in finding freedom with food and enjoying a wide range of eating experiences without guilt.

Using the principles of intuitive eating, she guides clients in reconnecting with their body’s natural hunger and fullness cues while also making informed choices that are both nourishing and satisfying. Her approach focuses on developing sustainable habits that support long-term health, energy, and confidence.

For Initial Consultations, our dietitians will review your nutrition history, assess your eating patterns, discuss what destructive behaviors are playing out with food, exercise, etc., and set up goals to change these.

Note: In order to secure a spot on a dietitian’s schedule, we need a valid payment method on file.
