Brianna Becherer

MS, RDN, LDN, CPT

Locations:  In-person in Illinois / Telehealth across various states

My name is Brianna Becherer. I am the Lead Dietitian at Branz Nutrition Counseling’s Illinois location. I decided to pursue a career as a dietitian after having a positive personal experience working with one following my diagnosis of type one diabetes as a teenager. She demonstrated genuine understanding and provided support during a challenging time. Her guidance helped me build confidence in making nutrition choices. This experience inspired me to empower others in navigating their relationship with food.

I Love Working With…

Ages: All

  • People looking to heal their relationship with food and move away from disordered eating patterns
  • People with eating disorders, including restrictive eating disorders and binge/purge behaviors
  • People managing autoimmune conditions who want nutrition support tailored to their diagnosis
  • People interested in sports nutrition to support training, performance, and recovery
  • Neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and/or ARFID, seeking a flexible and understanding approach to food
  • People managing diabetes or insulin resistance who want support with blood sugar management and nutrition guidance
  • People with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance navigating a gluten-free lifestyle

My Approach

As a registered dietitian, I love helping clients feel more at ease about their food and body image, so you can focus on the things that truly bring you joy and fulfillment. I aim to meet you where you are by working together to set small, achievable goals in each session that help you reach your long-term goals. I help you develop a healthier relationship with your body by practicing body neutrality and embracing movement that feels joyful. Overall, my goal is to make nutrition straightforward and to foster a more positive connection between you, food and your body.
