About Me

Erica (she/her) is the founder and visionary behind Branz Nutrition Counseling, where she has grown the practice from a specialized eating disorder clinic into a comprehensive, family-centered nutrition practice serving a wide range of health needs. Grounded in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® principles, Erica focuses on sustainable growth, team development, and expanding access to compassionate, weight-inclusive care within the community.

While she began her career providing direct client care, Erica now primarily works behind the scenes leading her team of dietitians and supporting other RDs through business coaching and clinical supervision. She is passionate about helping clinicians build aligned, sustainable practices while maintaining high-quality, ethical care.

Erica earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University and completed her Dietetic Residency and Master’s in Nutrition and Wellness at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Supervisor (CEDS-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and serves on the St. Louis IAEDP chapter board. She is also a registered yoga teacher.

Erica began her career at a local eating disorder treatment center, working across residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care before opening Branz Nutrition Counseling in 2012.

Her clinical foundation includes specialization in eating disorders, intuitive eating, body image, and family nutrition. Today, she brings that expertise into her leadership, supervision, and coaching work, helping both clients and clinicians move away from diet culture, reconnect with their values, and create a more sustainable, peaceful relationship with food and body.
