Emily Grannemann is a CCI-Certified eating disorder coach located in St. Louis, Missouri offering coaching services for eating disorders and dual diagnoses. Emily helps others achieve recovery from their eating disorders, disordered eating, substance use, alcoholism, and dual disorders.
Partners in Wellness
As an eating disorder therapy practice, we embrace teamwork with families and our colleagues in the community, and believe the best care is achieved with collaboration and communication. Through our caregiver workshops, professional trainings, and graduate level courses, we place a high value on educating others so they can turn that knowledge into healing.

At Compassionate Counseling St. Louis, we understand how tough it can be to see your child struggle with anxiety, anger, or trauma. Meet with your Personal Dietitian
Be paired with the dietitian nutritionist on our team and get continued support with one of our online groups. One-on-one counseling, in-person, or virtual. WE TAKE INSURANCE!
